Shipping is available within the 48 contiguous United States.

All orders placed after 1 PM ET will start processing on the next business day. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and major holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Allow 2-3 business days for standard processing Monday - Friday 8am - 3pm EST.

BOUGIE BEACH VIDA ships via USPS. A physical address is required. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location to prevent lost or stolen packages.

The shipping fee is calculated by the USPS based on weight, size, and destination.

We package with great care to ensure safe delivery and to prevent damage.

Once your order is in the hands of the post office, we will not be held liable for any damage or delays. If your order arrives damaged or tracks as delivered but is not received, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve any delivery issues. USPS at 1-800-222-1811 or your local post office.

Please understand that we cannot take responsibility for lost/missing packages that have been successfully delivered to the address provided with your order.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We want our customers to be satisfied with the quality of our products. If a product is damaged during shipping or you are unhappy with the product, simply let us know within 14 days after delivery, and we will try to resolve the situation to your satisfaction in a way that is fair to both parties. We are a small company and try to do our best for each situation. Please contact us if you have any questions prior to purchasing.

We do accept returns of unused items with original tags and packaging. Candles must be unused and in the same condition they were received.

Returns must be started within 14 days of delivery.

Start a return by emailing returns@bougiebeachvida.com with your order number.

Please note, all returns that do not meet the 14 day requirement for requesting a Return Authorization Number, (RA#), will only be considered for online store credit/exchange and no refund will be given.

Upon receiving your RA#, you have 14 days to ship your return.

Include a copy of the Return Authorization email with your package.

Please note, all discounted items are a final sale.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Upon acceptance of the merchandise for return, we will process your refund within 10 business days, at which time you will be notified by email. Refunds take approximately 5-10 business days to show on your bank account/credit card after the refund has been processed. Please contact your credit card issuer to confirm when your refund will be issued back to your credit card.

We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.

Upon inspection, items that appear used or received without original packaging are not eligible for refunds.
